When you create an account, we collect your name, email address, and business information such as restaurant name and location.

We collect and aggregate data from connected platforms including Google Business Profile metrics, social media engagement statistics, website analytics, and advertising performance data.
Usage Information
We automatically collect information about how you interact with our dashboard, including pages visited, features used, and session duration to improve our services.
OAuth Permissions
Google Business Profile
We request read-only access to your business insights, reviews, and Q&A data. We never post, modify, or delete any content on your behalf.
Social Media Platforms
For Instagram, Facebook, and TikTok, we request read-only access to your public profile information, follower counts, and engagement metrics. We do not access private messages or post content.
Google Analytics
We request read-only access to your website traffic data, user behaviour metrics, and conversion tracking information.
Advertising Platforms
For Meta Ads and TikTok Ads, we request read-only access to campaign performance metrics, spend data, and audience insights.
Data Storage & Security
Storage Location
Your data is stored on secure servers located in the United Kingdom and European Union, compliant with GDPR regulations.
Data Encryption
All data is encrypted in transit using TLS 1.3 and at rest using AES-256 encryption. OAuth tokens are stored using industry-standard secure vaults.
Data Retention
We retain your analytics data for as long as your account is active. Historical data is aggregated and anonymised after 24 months. Upon account deletion, all personal data is permanently removed within 30 days.
Third-Party Access
We do not sell or share your personal data with third parties for marketing purposes. Data may be shared with service providers who assist in operating our platform, subject to strict confidentiality agreements.
Your Rights
Access & Portability
You can request a copy of all personal data we hold about you in a machine-readable format at any time through your account settings.
Correction & Deletion
You have the right to correct inaccurate data or request complete deletion of your account and associated data.
Revoke Access
You can disconnect any integrated platform at any time through your dashboard settings. This immediately revokes our access to that platform's data.
