How do I connect my Google Business Profile?

Navigate to Settings > Integrations in your dashboard, click on Google Business Profile, and follow the OAuth flow to grant read-only access to your business data.

Why is my data not updating?

Data refresh rates depend on your subscription tier. Free accounts refresh every 24 hours, while Pro accounts refresh every 4 hours. Check your last sync time in the dashboard header.

Can I export my analytics data?

Yes, you can export data in CSV or PDF format from any analytics view. Look for the export button in the top-right corner of each data section.

How do I disconnect a platform?

Go to Settings > Integrations, find the platform you want to disconnect, and click the 'Disconnect' button. This immediately revokes our access to that platform's data.

What happens to my data if I cancel?

Your data remains accessible until the end of your billing period. After that, your account will be downgraded to the free tier. You can request complete data deletion at any time.

Do you support multiple restaurant locations?

Yes, Pro and Enterprise plans support multiple locations. You can view aggregated data across all locations or drill down into individual venue performance.
