CEODASH/Chef is provided for legitimate business analytics purposes. You may use our services to view, analyse, and export your own business data from connected platforms.
Prohibited Activities
You may not use our services to: attempt to access other users' data, reverse engineer our platform, circumvent rate limits or security measures, or use automated systems to scrape or extract data beyond normal usage.
Data Accuracy
While we strive to provide accurate data, analytics are dependent on the data provided by connected third-party platforms. We are not responsible for inaccuracies in source data.
Subscription & Billing
Free Tier
We offer a free tier with limited features. Free accounts may be subject to usage limits and reduced data refresh rates.
Paid Plans
Paid subscriptions are billed monthly or annually as selected. Payments are non-refundable except as required by law. You may cancel at any time, with access continuing until the end of the billing period.
Price Changes
We may change subscription pricing with 30 days notice. Price changes will take effect at the start of your next billing cycle after the notice period.
Limitation of Liability
Service Availability
We strive for high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. We are not liable for any losses resulting from service downtime, data delays, or third-party platform outages.
Business Decisions
CEODASH/Chef provides analytics for informational purposes. We are not responsible for any business decisions made based on data displayed in our dashboard.
Maximum Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, our total liability for any claims arising from your use of the service shall not exceed the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
These terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales. Any disputes arising from these terms or your use of our services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales.
